East Shore, not unlike other neighborhoods, has its unique personility. I love the charm of the Charleston style "single-houses" on East Bay Blvd. When heading north to the beautiful homes on North Bay Blvd, there are even more homes reminiscent of another era. Yet, between these two sections are three streets of stucco homes, which at first glance can seem out of place.

I'm not sure why it took us months to discover a unique aspect to these three streets,  but each house has lighthouse shaped chimney caps.  While this might be one giant coincidence, it certainly seems to be planned.  The charm factor just rose in my mind,  giving me a greater appreciation of the unique character of this section.
